Easter's on it's way!
Izzy gets to hunt Easter eggs 3 times this year. Her first hunt was hilarious to say the least.
The Hermitage Public Library was our first egg hunt (with our weekly Wednesday story hour buds). She was at the front of the line, among 35 kids to run out and find the eggs.
Izzy, however didn't realize collecting the eggs first and peek inside later to see what you find later was the point. She decided it was much better to open up each egg as she found it and eat the good stuff there or leave it behind. I threw all the eggs she passed into her bucket when I realized the eggs were about gone. She's not 2 yet, so I can do that, right? Izzy had ate a kit kat and snickers by the end and was wanting more candy. Apparently she is an Easter egg (candy) snob! Izzy marches to the beat of her own drum most of the time!

I'm pretty sure Izzy will be adding Easter to one of her top favorite Holiday list! 2 more egg hunts to go! we'll see how she does!
